This Agreement:

 
i) will be governed by UK law, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, and communications and;
 
ii) may only be amended or otherwise modified by a written instrument executed by an authorised representative of DigitalPicy.
 

No action of DigitalPicy, other than an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms and Conditions. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions should be found to be unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.

 
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, prices and information on this website without notice. These conditions set out the entire agreement between DigitalPicy and you relating to your use of the images.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your prints of our photographs. For this reason, if you are unhappy with your print once you receive it, please contact us within 7 days. Prints can be returned for a refund or re-printing. Please note: The value of the refund or re-work is limited to a maximum value of the original purchase price.
 

We regret that JPEG images can not be returned for a refund, this is because of the ease with which such images can be copied. Please ensure that you have the correct image before placing an order for a JPEG image.

This does not effect your statutory consumer rights.
 

Warranty

The images are provided to the recipient as is. All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of title, infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that images include any trade name, trademark, or service mark owned by a third party, the user is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licenses from such third parties.
 
You agree to indemnify and hold DigitalPicy including its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all losses, expenses, damages or costs resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or your use of the photographs provided.
