The Navigation Bar is directly under the DigitalPicy.com logo and provides access to all the major areas of the site.

Ordering Prints

The galleries on the website are enabled for on-line ordering. Simply view the prints you wish to order and then select the sizes and quantities you want from the panel on the right. These will automatically be added to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the prints you want from a Gallery select the View Cart button and you will see the contents of your shopping cart. You can then fill in your details and select your payment method. We offer four methods to complete your order.The first three options allow for payment by cheque, the fourth allows you to pay by credit card using an online payment authorisation process hosted by PayPal.

Print Order This button changes the page to a printable format. Use your browser's print function to print your order and then send it with a cheque for the value of the order to the address shown on the bottom of the order form. Cheques should be made payable to "Jamie Whitehorn". Your order will be processed once we receive your cheque.

Show as Text Tile This button will open a new window containing the whole order as formatted text. You can save it in a text file, print it or transfer it to another application using Copy & Paste. You can then send it with a cheque for the value of the order to the address shown on the bottom of the order form. Cheques should be made payable to "Jamie Whitehorn". Your order will be processed once we receive your cheque.

E-mail Order (online) This button will send an email to DigitalPicy.com with the details of your order. It will also send you a copy as confirmation using the email address you specified in the personal details. You can then send a cheque for the value of the order to the address shown on the bottom of the order form. Cheques should be made payable to "Jamie Whitehorn". Your order will be processed once we receive your cheque.

PayPal This button will submit your order online to DigitalPicy.com, and send you an order confirmation by email. You will then be forwarded to the PayPal site where you can pay for your order using a credit card. You do not have to join PayPal to use this service - just use the "Click Here" button in the middle of the screen. As soon as we receive confirmation from PayPal that payment has been made we will process your order.

Paying by Credit Card using PayPal

To pay by credit card you can use PayPal. Once you have selected the prints you wish to buy and completed your personal details in the shopping cart, you can simply click the PayPal button. This will automatically send your order to us and re-direct you to the PayPal site to make payment by credit card. You do not need to join PayPal to do this. Simply follow the instructions below.

The first PayPal screen you see will show you who you are paying and the total amount payable. If you have a PayPal account you can login in now. If you don't, simply click on the "Click Here" button, this will take you to the next screen to enter your contact details.

This is the second PayPal screen. Simply enter your contact details here, and then click the Checkout button.

This is the third PayPal screen. Here you enter your credit card details. This web page is secure and your details will be encrypted before they are sent to PayPal. For your security, we (DigitalPicy) never see or have any access to your credit card details. No charge is made to your card at this stage, you are shown a summary of your order on the next page first. Once you have completed the fields on this page continue to the final page.

This is the final PayPal screen. The details of your transaction are summarised here. If your are happy with all the details, simply press the "Pay" button and your transaction will be complete. If you are unhappy for any reason just press "Cancel" and no charge will be made to your credit card.

PayPal will automatically notify us that payment has been made and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. For standard prints, we normally aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, but please allow up to 2 weeks.
